Learn About Our City Spaces with Me

How did our city come to be, and how can we make the best city for the future?

Starting this fall, I will begin my journey as an urban planner. And while I’ve tried many times over the past three years to start writing something up again, I figured this newsletter is a little more concrete than fictional pieces with no clear end in sight. And what I know I’m good at is investigating different spaces and problems, providing context, and giving a strong opinion about it.

So this writing blog will be a place for you to join me in learning more about the spaces in our neighborhood and how they came to be — whether it be a generic reason for why the library exists or the creation of a local pedestrian bridge, all of these places make up the neighborhood you live in.
